HELIX DESIGN INC [LOBBY DESIGN]

[KARLA CARROLL]

[MAIN ENTRANCE]
A grand opening into the depths of the Aurora towers is a breathtaking example of progressive architecture. Showcasing influences from ecological design as well as minimalism, high-tech, expressionism and neo functionalism all trends in modern Swedish architecture; bringing emphasis and a global focus to the progressive nature of the country of Sweden.
Three floors of retail space sprawled out in a natural design to invigorate shoppers and the public. A luxurious shopping experience is promised with dramatic double height entry galleries with beautiful glass and locally obtained limestone finishes. Elevators and steps dedicated for retail offer to enhance pedestrian circulation.
Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and more make the lobby and the first three floors a public paradise for all who visit. The lobby of the Aurora towers is designed with security in mind integrating a security management system for store owners as well as the well being of the public. With eco-friendliness as a goal the integration of low impact lighting and smart HVAC systems, optimal insulation techniques, as well as clear well thought out environmental integrity, this goal has not only been met but surpassed.
